NATURAL FOOD SUPPLEMENT

From the atsas farm in Evrychou, a natural extra virgin olive oil is produced. The fresh green olives are harvested early, while they are still green and unripe, and pressed by cold pressing to give a perfectly balanced olive oil with unique nutritional properties.

Atsas organic extra virgin olive oil is of high nutritional value and has a cool, lively taste and smell.

Method of Production and Processing

The exquisite atsas organic extra virgin olive oil is the result of cultivation with sustainable and environmentally friendly methods, all according to international standards of organic crops and protection of our planet.

Atsas organic extra virgin olive oil is produced by the method of cold pressing, is not filtered, and is stored in stainless steel tanks with a closed nitrogen system. During the whole process (cold pressing) the temperature does not exceed 27 degrees Celsius.

This processing method produces an excellent quality organic olive oil with unique organoleptic characteristics, fresh olive aroma and unique taste.

Thus, the atsas organic extra virgin olive oil retains its nutritional value, aroma and taste.
