Highest total phenolic score in the world for atsas extra virgin olive oil

Once again, an important distinction of excellence on an international level, was received by atsas extra virgin olive oil.
As recently published by molecules journal, this great global distinction refers to atsas extra virgin olive oil phenolic score, which has recorded the highest total phenolic content (4947/mg/kg) among 7854 samples from 15 countries. This percentage, refers to the Kalamon variety and has been recorded in Cyprus!
The atsas extra virgin olive oil, is the result of organic cultivation, based on sustainable and environmentally friendly methods, following the international standards of organic cultivations.

Rich in polyphenols, it is produced using the unfiltered cold extraction methodology and stored in stainless steel tanks with closed nitrogen system.
