We produce our multi-awarded Atsas Extra Virgin Olive Oil, at the premises of our farm, while utilizing certified organic cultivation methods and pioneering agro-economy methods, which are essential for maintaining its premium and organic quality. Atsas Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by the method of cold pressing, is not filtered, and is stored in stainless steel tanks with a closed nitrogen system. During the whole process (cold pressing) the temperature does not exceed 27◦ Celsius. This processing method produces a quality organic olive oil with unique organoleptic characteristics.
